Agfa HealthCare of Mortsel, Belgium, has launched its DX-D 500n digital radiography (DR) system in Canada.
The system provides instant previews, fast cycle times, a unified look and feel for computed radiography (CR) and DR exams, and streamlined workflow procedures through its NX workstation and Musica2 image processing, according to Agfa.
In combination with the company's CR systems, DX-D 500n offers a full spectrum of general radiology exams, and it's designed for hospital departments and imaging centers that manage up to 125 exams per day, the company said.
