Digital imaging technology developer AllPro Imaging has introduced a new program targeted at eliminating downtime for customers of its ScanX digital radiography systems.
Called ScanX SURE (Stay Up and Running Everyday), the program offers existing out-of-warranty customers with a choice of four options: Hot Swap, Upgrade, Trade-in, or Service.
With Hot Swap, customers can replace a nonrepairable, out-of-warranty system with a refurbished version of the existing model, while Upgrade allows customers to replace an existing system with a refurbished version of an upgraded model, AllPro said. Clients can also choose to trade in an existing system for a brand new version of an upgraded model, or choose to receive maintenance services for a flat-rate, onsite service call fee and an hourly service charge (excluding parts), the company said.
