MinXray debuts veterinary DR unit

Portable x-ray equipment developer MinXray said it has launched a new digital radiography (DR) system for companion animal practices.

SA100AP.DR features HF100AP, MinXray's first x-ray unit developed exclusively for small animal practice, as well as its 1717 Xmaru DR technology, according to the firm.

SA100AP.DR includes the company's XRT100.DR table featuring an integrated tube head mount and cassette tray with longitudinal travel for ease of positioning. XRT100.DR requires 10 sq ft of floor space and the complete system plugs in to an existing 115-volt electrical outlet, MinXray said.

Digital upgrade kits are available for current owners of MinXray's SA100+HF, SA100AP, and Summit InnoVet stationary x-ray systems.
