Agfa HealthCare plans to announce the U.S. availability of its DX-D 400 digital radiography (DR) unit at the upcoming RSNA meeting in Chicago.
DX-D 400 DR is a floor-mounted unit that can be configured to meet specific workflow needs or budget constraints, according to Agfa. DX-D 400 can be combined with computed radiography technology, a cassette-sized DX-D detector, or Agfa's NX workstation. It also incorporates Musica2, Agfa's image processing software.
Agfa is targeting DX-D 400 DR for imaging centers, private practices, and hospitals that are interested in replacing or adding digital x-ray technology.
