Shimadzu Medical Systems USA has added two dealers to its North American network of regional x-ray equipment dealers, and it has expanded the territory of its direct sales and service division.
Cal-Ray of Oshkosh, WI, and RPS Imaging of Michigan City, IN, will sell Shimadzu's entire portfolio of x-ray and fluoroscopy systems. Cal-Ray will be the exclusive Shimadzu dealer for Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, while RPS Imaging will be a source for Shimadzu systems and service in Illinois and central and southern Michigan.
In other Shimadzu sales news, the company's Dallas-based direct sales and service division has expanded its territory to include the western half of the state of Arkansas. The division is also responsible for sales of the firm's diagnostic imaging equipment for a territory that includes Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, western Louisiana, and western Missouri, Shimadzu said.
