Interventional technology developer Suros Surgical Systems has initiated legal action against SenoRx, claiming that the firm's breast biopsy device infringes on Suros' U.S. Patent No. 5,997,560.
Suros filed the suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on February 22, seeking standard remedies customary in the protection of intellectual property, according to the Indianapolis-based firm.
