Interventional firm Thoratec reported that president and CEO Keith Grossman has resigned his position with the Pleasanton, CA-based company.
Grossman, who has served as the company's CEO for nearly 10 years, said he would remain active in his current role during the search and transition period, and will work closely with the board to lead the search for his successor, according to Thoratec. He also plans to continue serving as a director of the company after a new CEO is hired, Thoratec said.
