Interventional device developers Boston Scientific and Medinol reported that they have reached a settlement that resolves existing disputes between the firms.
Under the terms of the settlement, Boston Scientific of Natick, MA, will pay Medinol $750 million; the companies release existing claims against one another; all agreements between the vendors are cancelled; and future patent disputes will be resolved through an arbitration process, the two firms reported.
