Suros, Hologic expand distribution pact

Interventional technology developer Suros Surgical Systems of Indianapolis and Bedford, MA-based imaging vendor Hologic have expanded their distribution agreement beyond the U.S.

The transaction gives Hologic the distribution rights to Suros' ATEC breast biopsy and excision system, the Pearl unit for stereotactic x-ray and ultrasound use, ATEC system biopsy devices, and the ATEC TriMark biopsy site identification system.
