Disposable products provider Merit Medical Systems has introduced S-MAK, a stiffened dilator mini access kit.
S-MAK is designed to improve a physician's ability to gain vascular access, while facilitating smooth entry into the vessel, according to the South Jordan, UT-based firm. The stiffened dilator provides additional support through scar tissue and/or difficult anatomy, Merit said.
