Interventional device firm Boston Scientific of Natick, MA, has completed its acquisition of Indianapolis-based Guidant.
In a related transaction before the closing of the deal, Guidant completed the sale of its vascular intervention and endovascular businesses to Abbott Laboratories of Abbott Park, IL.
