Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) developer Volcano and interventional device firm ev3 of Plymouth, MN, have entered into a joint marketing and distribution agreement.
The agreement will give Rancho Cordova, CA-based Volcano the opportunity to sell ev3's SpiderFX embolic protection device in conjunction with its IVUS and functional measurement devices for use in saphenous vein grafts in the U.S., Volcano said.
