Interventional firm Cook Medical has released its Turbo-Flow 8 French double lumen central venous catheter.
Designed to increase flow rates, the catheter employs Cook's antibiotic-impregnation process, infusing minocycline and rifampin on both the internal and external surfaces of the catheter, according to the Bloomington, IN-based firm. It's also available with Cook's EchoTip echogenic needle for improved visibility during ultrasound imaging, the company said.
