Positron sells first PET scanner in south Texas

PET developer Positron announced yesterday that it has sold and installed a Posicam PET scanner at the new McAllen PET Imaging Center in McAllen, TX. It is the first PET scanner in south Texas, according to the center. Houston-based Positron said the sale would count in the company’s fiscal fourth-quarter financial results.
