Canadian optical molecular imaging developer ART Advanced Research Technologies reported fourth-quarter sales of $1.2 million (U.S.), up 107% compared with the $599,000 booked in the fourth quarter of 2004.
For the period (end-December 31), the Saint-Laurent, Quebec-based firm had a net loss of $3.3 million, compared with a net loss of $2.7 million a year ago.
For the year, ART had sales of $4.1 million, compared with $1.9 million in 2004. The company had a net loss of $13.1 million, compared with a loss of $9.9 million last year.
