DuPont expands radiopharmaceutical efforts in Puerto Rico

DuPont Pharmaceuticals of Wilmington, DE, has acquired radiopharmacies in San Juan and Ponce, Puerto Rico, from Caribbean-PharmaLogic. DuPont has also agreed to acquire distribution rights for radiopharmaceuticals in Puerto Rico from Ashford Nuclear Center.

The acquisitions will enable the firm to consolidate its Puerto Rican radiopharmaceutical distribution efforts into its wholly owned subsidiary, DuPont Radiopharmaceuticals Puerto Rico, according to the vendor. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
