Digirad names John Dahldorf CFO

Gamma camera manufacturer Digirad has named John Dahldorf chief financial officer, and appointed Brad Nutter to the company’s board of directors. Before coming to San Diego-based Digirad, Dahldorf held a senior financial position with Arrow Electronics, and before that, he spent 18 years at Baxter Healthcare.
