GE Healthcare has received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Optima MR430s 1.5-tesla MRI system.
Optima MR430s is a specialty scanner optimized for musculoskeletal MRI. It's designed to image the arm, including the elbow, wrist, and hand, or the leg, including the knee, ankle, and foot.
It features short echo spacing and high signal-to-noise ratio for enhanced resolution and images and a footprint of approximately 222 sq ft.
