Image-guided therapy developer ViewRay plans to present potential applications for MRI-guided radiation therapy (RT) at the upcoming American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) annual meeting in Miami Beach, FL.
In addition to pretreatment imaging, the ViewRay system is being developed to enable on-table dose prediction, soft-tissue targeting, adaptive optimization, and review and assessment software tools, according to the firm.
