GE names Hausmann to VP post

GE Healthcare has named Richard Hausmann as vice president and general manager, magnetic resonance, effective January 1, 2012.

Hausmann most recently served as CEO of Siemens' Smart Grid Applications and E-Mobility project for Siemens AG Energy, GE said.

He also served as president and CEO, computed tomography, for Siemens Healthcare and led the Medical Engineering Group as the vice president of strategy, marketing, and sales and product planning.
