Imaging services firm Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) has acquired Soteria Imaging's two Lifescan Upright MRI centers in St. Louis Park and Little Canada, MN.
Effectively immediately, CDI has closed the St. Louis Park center due to its proximity to CDI's Open Upright MRI services in the same community. CDI also plans to transition the Lifescan Upright MRI Little Canada facility to another CDI facility.
CDI currently owns and operates 11 outpatient imaging centers in the Twin Cities, along with a total of nine facilities in the Minnesota communities of Alexandria, Deer River, Duluth, Grand Rapids, St. Cloud, and Willmar.
