BI-RADS for breast MRI works well

In other news, we're highlighting a new article in our MRI Digital Community that points to the effectiveness of the recently adopted BI-RADS classification system for breast MRI.

Researchers from the University of Cincinnati used BI-RADS criteria to evaluate hundreds of breast MRI studies with suspicious lesions. They found that the lexicon worked very well in predicting malignancy, with some criteria proving more effective than others.

Find out which ones worked best by clicking here, or visit the community at mri.auntminnie.com.
