Advanced visualization software developer Imaging Biometrics is pointing to favorable results from a study involving its IB Neuro MRI dynamic susceptibility contrast (DSC) software. The results were presented at last month's American Society of Neuroradiology (ASNR) meeting in Chicago.
The study, which compared IB Neuro with NordicNeuroLab's NordicIce software, found that IB Neuro provided better performance in terms of accuracy, ability to distinguish tumor from treatment effects, and correlation between relative cerebral blood volume and histologic microvessel volume, according to Imaging Biometrics.
