SyntheticMR software receives approval in Japan

SyntheticMR has received regulatory approval in Japan to sell its SyMRI quantitative imaging software in the country.

SyMRI uses a five- to six-minute MRI scan to provide quantitative information and several contrast-weighted images. Customers in Japan are already using the software for research, and the new approval expands the software for clinical use, according to the company.
