Budapest, Hungary-based Mediso Medical Imaging Systems has launched a new MRI spectrometer called spinScan.
The new MRI spectometer succeeds the console used in the company's nanoScan MRI product line and has been optimized to deliver low-noise expandable radiofrequency front-end and real-time dynamic shimming, according to the company.
In addition, the spectrometer is interfaced with three Mediso-developed software applications: Sequence Development Platform for control over the pulse sequences and reconstruction algorithms, and InterView Fusion and Nucline for routine acquisition planning, reconstruction, image postprocessing, and evaluation, the company said.
