Burdette names new sales and marketing VP

Burdette Medical Systems, a developer of ultrasound-guided prostate cancer treatment planning devices, has appointed John Patterson as vice president of sales and marketing. Patterson, a 22-year C.R. Bard employee, comes to Champaign, IL-based Burdette from a position as director of operations at Bard's ProSeed business unit, which assists hospitals and associated physicians in the implementation of prostate brachytherapy programs.
