Siemens Medical Solutions has appointed Siemens veteran Ajit Singh, Ph.D., as president of its Oncology Care Systems group. Singh replaces Patrick Boyle, who will leave the company to pursue other business opportunities. Boyle had been president since 1994.
Singh comes to the Concord, CA-based group after serving as vice president of Siemens' e-health business division. Previously, Singh was vice president of Siemens Health Services, where he managed the Iselin, NJ-based company's PACS and consulting businesses.
