Varian buys Argus Software

Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems has acquired radiation oncology and radiology quality control software developer Argus Software. Terms of the cash purchase were not disclosed. Redwood City, CA-based Argus will become part of Varian's Oncology Systems business in Palo Alto, CA, Varian said.
