Radiation therapy firm BrainLAB has signed an agreement to supply its m3 micro-Multileaf Collimator product line to the Oncology Care Systems Group of Siemens Medical Solutions. The collimators will be used on Siemens Primus linear accelerators.
Under the terms of the deal, Siemens, of Concord, CA, will offer a software interface for m3, along with the Primus accelerator. BrainLAB will provide m3 and its BrainScan treatment planning system.
