Three-dimensional-treatment planning firm Computerized Medical Systems (CMS) of St. Louis has acquired Champaign, IL-based brachytherapy firm Burdette Medical Systems and its subsidiary, St. Louis-based Tayman Medical, which makes a system for positioning prostate radiation implants. The deal is pending stockholder approval from the companies.
