MedAssets, Varian renew deal

Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems and group purchasing organization MedAssets Supply Chain Systems have renewed their long-standing agreement.

Varian will continue to offer MedAssets customers its equipment and software for radiation therapy and neurosurgery through 2009, according to Palo Alto, CA-based Varian.
