Radiation oncology vendor Varian Medical Systems reported that its Trilogy linear accelerator is now in use at the NCI Cancer Hospital in Nilai, Malaysia.
The technology has enabled the facility to launch intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), and stereotactic radiosurgery programs, according to Palo Alto, CA-based Varian.
