Radiotherapy treatment developer Initia-RT and the Cancer Therapy & Research Center of San Antonio, TX, will partner to define and set protocols for clinical applications for the Tel Aviv, Israel-based company's TrackBeam real-time, image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) beam steering device.
The center will conduct experimental and clinical work to develop TrackBeam, as well as define new anatomical and technique-specific applications of the product. The center will also examine the device's workflow and make recommendations on best practice and processes for clinical introduction of TrackBeam.
