Varian takes Trilogy to Mumbai

Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems will be installing its Trilogy medical linear accelerator at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India.

After installation the system in late 2007, the Trilogy will be used to offer image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), and intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for patients at the facility, according to Palo Alto, CA-based Varian.
