Radiotherapy device developer Accuray reported that it will commence an initial public offering (IPO) of 16 million shares of its common stock at $18 per share.
The Sunnyvale, CA-based firm said that it will be selling 10 million shares and that other stockholders in the company will be selling the other 6 million shares. The common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "ARAY."
