Radiation therapy center operator US Oncology of Houston posted growth in revenues its fiscal 2006 year and fourth quarter (end-December 31).
The firm reported revenues of $721.6 million for its 2006 fourth quarter, an 8.5% increase over the $665 million posted in the same period last year. Net income was shown as $3.3 million for the quarter, a 27.6% downturn compared with the $4.5 million in net income posted for the fiscal 2005 fourth quarter.
For the 2006 fiscal year, revenues were $2.8 billion, an 11.6% increase compared with $2.5 billion in revenues reported in fiscal 2005. Net income rose to $19.1 million, a 37% increase compared with the $19.1 million in net income posted for the prior year.
