Initia-RT nets CE Mark

Radiation therapy firm Initia-RT has received the European CE Mark for its CrossPlan treatment planning software.

CrossPlan is capable of intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), intensity-modulated arc therapy (IMAT), and 3D planning using Initia-RT's TrackLeaf cross-leaf mMLC (micro, multileaf collimator), according to Initia-RT of Tel Aviv, Israel. CrossPlan also is equipped with a full DICOM RT suite, the company said.
