Swedish radiation therapy firm Elekta of Stockholm has installed its Synergy image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) linear accelerators at two facilities in Australia.
The systems were installed at the North Coast Cancer Institute's Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie facilities in New South Wales, Australia. Both systems include Elekta's Impac Mosaiq oncology information system for patient data.
