Radiation therapy center operator US Oncology of Houston has postponed its announcement of earnings results for its second quarter of 2007.
The company said that the earnings announcement was originally scheduled for August 8, but has been pushed back to August 14. The firm said it needs additional time to assess the impact of a national coverage decision issued on July 30 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding use of erythropoiesis-stimulating agents by oncologists.
