TomoTherapy forms new QA alliances

Radiation therapy firm TomoTherapy has formed an alliance with dosimetery and radiation therapy quality assurance equipment firm PTW, as well as quality assurance firm IBA Dosimetry.

Through the PTW alliance, TomoTherapy will be able to provide a suite of quality assurance products for helical intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) applications, according to the Madison, WI-based firm. For its part, IBA Dosimetry will provide its Helical Dosimetry suite of quality assurance products for TomoTherapy's Hi-Art treatment system.
