Radiation therapy developer Varian Medical Systems of Palo Alto, CA, has installed its RapidArc radiotherapy technology at the Trinitas Comprehensive Cancer Center in Elizabeth, NJ.
RapidArc treatments at Trinitas are done with Varian's Trilogy linear accelerator, which was upgraded to deliver RapidArc treatments using a multileaf collimator.
Trinitas began offering center treatment in New Jersey in 2005.
