Radiopharmaceutical firm Ion Beam Applications (IBA) will install a clinical proton therapy system in Knoxville, TN.
The order, which was received from ProVision Trust and the Proton Therapy Center (TPTC), is contingent on financing, according to the Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium-based vendor. TPTC will be located at the East Tennessee Healthcare Center in Knoxville.
