BSD Medical posts Q1 results

Brachytherapy and hyperthermia therapy developer BSD Medical of Salt Lake City has posted its first-quarter financial results.

For the quarter (end-November 30), revenue increased 19% to $507,000, compared with $426,000 for the same period the previous year, according to the company.

The company's net loss was $947,000, a 51% improvement compared to a net loss of $1.9 million for the first quarter of the last fiscal year.
