Varian completes 1st Australian TrueBeam install

Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems has installed its first TrueBeam radiotherapy treatment system in Australia.

Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre Westmead in Sydney received the system, which was first used to treat an 82-year-old prostate cancer patient, Varian said.
