The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) has elected five new officers for its board of directors.
The new board members are listed below:
- President-elect: Dr. Paul Harari of the University of Wisconsin in Madison
- Secretary/treasurer-elect: Dr. Geraldine Jacobson of the West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown
- Clinical Affairs and Quality Council vice-chair: Todd Pawlicki, PhD, of the University of California, San Diego in La Jolla
- Education Council vice-chair: Dr. Lynn D. Wilson of the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, CT
- Government Relations Council vice-chair: Dr. Ronald Ennis of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai West Hospital in New York City
