RaySearch Laboratories plans to highlight upgrades to its RayStation treatment planning workstation at the upcoming European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) meeting in Barcelona, Spain.
RayStation 7 now includes upgraded workflow and planning features, as well as tools for multicriteria optimization, simulated organ motion, multiatlas-based segmentation, and conformal arc planning for photons. It features support for Hyperscan pencil-beam scanning from Mevion Medical Systems and for Mitsubishi Electric's uniform scanning for proton therapy systems.
At ESTRO 2018, the company also plans to highlight RayCare, its oncology information system, which is in use at Iridium Cancer Network in Belgium.
