Shares of contrast-agent developer Alliance Pharmaceutical have been delisted from the Nasdaq National Market stock exchange and are now trading on Nasdaq’s Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the San Diego company reported yesterday.
Alliance said its shares were delisted for failing to meet Nasdaq’s listing requirements. In August Alliance said that Nasdaq staff had determined that the company was not complying with the exchange’s net tangible assets and stockholders’ equity requirements.
Alliance’s Imagent cardiac ultrasound contrast agent was approved earlier this year.
