Ultrasound firm Biosound Esaote will debut SuperDAM, a digital archive module, at next week's American Heart Association meeting in Chicago. Available on the Indianapolis-based firm's Megas ES ultrasound system, SuperDAM allows for real-time digital review of images, Biosound Esaote said.
Physicians and sonographers can view an unlimited number of images on-screen, and immediately select a point in the exam to review, Biosound Esaote said. Images can then be compressed and saved on the system or transferred to a network PC, according to the firm.
