Medical ultrasound measurement device developer Onda said that it has delivered its 100th Acoustic Intensity Measurement System (AIMS).
The AIMS product provides precise six-axis positioning and data acquisition from an acoustic sensor in a water tank for accurate measurement of acoustic fields, according to Sunnyvale, CA-based Onda.
The firm said the device has recently been upgraded with a new software version, which it claims makes the job of FDA and International Electrotechnical Commission compliance testing easier.
