Cardiac technology developer Biosense Webster of Diamond Bar, CA, a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, has been granted exclusive worldwide rights to distribute the Acuson AcuNav ultrasound catheter from Siemens Medical Solutions to electrophysiologists.
Malvern, PA-based Siemens will continue to distribute AcuNav ultrasound catheters to interventional cardiologists through its own sales force. The firms also agreed to co-develop future products.
